Where does AM Homes build?
We build across Southwest Florida — North Port, Lehigh Acres and Lake Placid — with the Gulf beaches at Manasota Key and Siesta Key 15–20 minutes from our North Port builds.
What is included in the base price?
A premium standard specification: 9'4" elevated ceilings, hurricane-rated impact Low-E windows, concrete block construction, an insulated double garage, a quartz island kitchen with soft-close cabinetry, a frameless-glass master shower with dual vanity and walk-in closets, and a covered lanai with pool-ready prep.
What is Flood Zone X?
Flood Zone X is a high-elevation designation outside the special flood hazard area, so there is no federal flood-insurance requirement. That usually means meaningfully lower insurance premiums over the life of the home.
Can I finance my build?
Yes. Talk to the AM Homes team about construction financing and the payment schedule for your chosen plan and lot — we will walk the numbers with you before you commit.
