Every AM Homes build starts from the same included standard — hurricane-resilient construction, 9′4″ ceilings and a designer finish package. From there you choose one of three upgrade packages and we tailor it with you, selection by selection, in the design studio.
The Coastal Package
The everyday upgrades buyers ask for first — a lighter, calmer kitchen and bath than the base spec.

The Estate Package
Everything in Signature, plus the custom work — millwork, outdoor living and a full designer consultation.
- Chef’s kitchen: wall oven, gas cooktop, vented hood
- Custom millwork — coffered ceilings, trim, feature walls
- Freestanding soaking tub and dual vanities
- Outdoor kitchen rough-in and extended screened lanai
- Pool and spa package with paver deck
- Whole-home water treatment and upgraded insulation
- Full designer consultation on every selection
