Sarasota County. Our busiest area — fast-growing, well served, and 15–20 minutes from the Gulf beaches.
Lehigh Acres
Lee County. The deepest lot inventory we build on, and the most house for the money.
Lake Placid
Highlands County. Lakes, murals and the lowest land cost of our three areas.
